Discontinuing Lessons

 

  1. To discontinue lessons and to discontinue charges to your account, please fill out our Discontinuation Form before the 15th of your last month (www.pazmusicacademy.com/Discontinue).  
    You may also call/text 201-991-3334 to receive the link.
     

    • For example, if you want to cancel lessons for November, you must fill out the Discontinuation Form before October 15th.  We will then ensure your auto-pay is terminated before November begins.  

  2. We do not refund for the last month’s lessons.  Students will be responsible for their last month’s tuition whether or not they attend their last month’s  lessons.
